Prior to joining Goldstein & McClintock, Attorney Thomas has focused his early legal career on commercial litigation, general commercial transactions and employment law at multiple mid-sized firms in North Carolina. He has made appearances on behalf of clients in variety of litigation-focused activities in both state and federal courts as well as having gone before various agencies at both the state and federal levels in the state of North Carolina.

Background
Attorney Thomas attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill both as an undergraduate and at the School of Law where he graduated from in 2020. While in law school, he clerked at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Will also spent a summer working for The Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School where he represented indigent clients in complex social security and disability cases.
