    • Representation of a conglomeration of municipalities in its $5.4 billion bid to purchase a public facility in Indiana through the utilization of a 63-20 bond financing structure.
    • Represented a regional bank in the successful foreclosure of commercial real estate that resulted in substantial recoveries.
    • Represented the United States Small Business Administration in the successful foreclosure of commercial real estate that resulted in substantial recoveries.
    • Represented two regional banks in the preparation of multiple SBA 7(a) and ARC Loan Ten Tab Purchase packages that resulted in significant recovery from the SBA guaranty of such loans.
    • Represented a bidder in the auction process for the assumption of a lease for a commercial property in the In re Radio Shack Corporation bankruptcy.
    • Representation of numerous creditors' committees in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the country, including in the following cases: The Young Men's Christian Academy of Metropolitan Milwaukee, Inc.
